How long does 3D generation take?

Usually 2–5 minutes. You'll get a push notification when your model is ready.

How many photos should I use?

For best results, capture 5–10 photos from different angles in good lighting. More photos generally produce better 3D models.

Can I re-generate a failed build?

Yes — open the failed build and tap "Try Again". Failed generations don't count against your monthly model limit.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your device's App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android) settings. Go to Settings → Subscriptions on your device to manage or cancel.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app. You can also request deletion via email. All your data including builds, photos, and 3D models will be permanently removed. Learn more
