brckd ("we", "our", or "us") operates the brckd mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App.

1. Information We Collect

Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address, username, and optional profile photo.

Photos you upload. When you create a build, the photos you take are uploaded to our servers solely for generating a 3D model. We do not use your photos for any other purpose.

Usage data. We collect anonymous analytics such as screen views, feature usage, and crash reports to improve the App.

Subscription data. Payment processing is handled by Apple (App Store), Google (Google Play), and RevenueCat. We receive subscription status but never see your full payment details.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and maintain the App, including generating 3D models from your photos.
To manage your account and subscription.
To display public builds and profiles in the community feed.
To send push notifications about build processing status (you can opt out in device settings).
To improve and debug the App using aggregated analytics.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

Firebase (Google) — authentication, database, file storage, analytics, and cloud functions.
Meshy AI — 3D model generation from your uploaded photos.
RevenueCat — subscription and purchase management.

Each service operates under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Google Cloud (Firebase) servers. We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), Firebase security rules, and authenticated access. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

5. Your Rights

You may at any time:

Access your data through your profile in the App.
Update your profile information via the Edit Profile screen.
Delete individual builds from the build detail screen.
Delete your account from Settings, which removes all your data including builds, photos, and 3D models.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete a build, its photos and 3D model files are permanently removed. When you delete your account, all associated data is deleted within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the App or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
