Terms of Service

Welcome to brckd. By downloading, accessing, or using the brckd mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You may not impersonate others or choose an offensive username. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. User Content

Ownership. You retain ownership of the photos you upload and the builds you create. By making a build public, you grant brckd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display that build within the App's community feed.

Responsibility. You are solely responsible for the content you upload. You must not upload content that:

Infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights.
Contains illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable material.
Depicts anything other than LEGO or brick-building creations.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms without notice.

4. 3D Model Generation

The App uses third-party AI services to generate 3D models from your photos. Results may vary in quality. We do not guarantee that every submission will produce a usable model. Failed generations do not count toward your tier limits.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

brckd offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By subscribing you agree to the pricing and renewal terms displayed at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your device's App Store or Play Store settings.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the App or its data.
Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure or other users' experience.
Circumvent subscription limits or abuse the 3D generation pipeline.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, branding, and all associated intellectual property are owned by brckd. LEGO is a trademark of the LEGO Group, which does not sponsor, authorize, or endorse this App.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that 3D models will meet any particular standard of quality.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, brckd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the App.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or email. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App's Settings screen.
